290 hrs is what a city crew does

I did a 22 acre one and there city crew said took them 3 8 hr day to mow and trim it with a 3 man crew. When I did it took me 10 hrs with a 2 man crew

City guy never works to fast I seen

I am coming up with 225 hours for the whole project, and that bid was 9k. Or am I missing something?
