Picking it up is better than mowing it....after you mow it its harder to pick up and looks terrible.

I charge enough to leave my work lookin good.

Folks today just weren't raised the way I was.
You didn't sit around unless it was break time.
What is worse, the employees usually add to the litter by tossing down the cigarette butts!

We do quite a few gas stations. Picking up trash has always been in scope work. However if it gets excessive, we mow AROUND it. Go speak with the manager about the trash and its all nice and clean next week. A couple of these gas stations are bum hangouts and it gets REAL bad. \

Have to agree that you need to add in the price for debris pickup if you are having to do it every time you mow. On our large acreage account once a month we charge a small fee as an extra pickup for garbage. But that's few and far between for the cleanup in comparison to everytime you're there you have to do a bit of cleanup.

I agree.

How do you address it in your service agreement? Excessive amounts will be billed per man hour.
