For the cutting I'd be at 180-200 depending on obstacles. And I'm at $70 a yard spread but it's also $30/yard just to buy it

For 3.31 acres, we would be at $285/mow. 5 App lawn program would be $575/app. Our customers with properties that size understand that it is treated like a commercial property and have no problem paying what we charge. It comes down to how good of a salesman you are. lol

Being able to sell yourself is a huge factor on this business. Never say um to a client either! Being able to sell yourself, knowing what you're talking about, and acting responsible/showing great business sense will land you a lot of your estimates. Just because joe blow did it at this cost last year doesn't mean you should. They're calling someone else because they obviously weren't happy in the past. You seem to be heading in the right direction. Just remember your purely rate is your rate. Only you know your costs. As your name becomes more known you'll become a lot busier. As long as you do quality work at a quality price that is. Keep it up!
