We switched up to Nordic Track wicking shirts this year. Close fitting, but not as close as UA. They have breathable side panels and feel really good so far. They were lasered too. Expensive, but I think they will pay off in crew comfort. New guys get cottons for first 90 days.

We tried them a few years ago and all of them would snag and after a few weeks looked like we should be standing on the street corner with a sign that said will work for food!
The photos look like they have made quality improvements and I think is worth a revisit.
