We used our Exmark 30 this morning. Very heavy dew, lots of growth, water dripping off the boots. Grass 6-7" tall cutting at 3." Bagged the grass, no clogging excellent cut. Heavy spring growth while wet its struggles a little. Wet kentucky or fescue we have little problems during the summer.

I have a turf master which is basically the same mower, I haven't had many problems bagging wet grass. It never clogs on me unless it's really over grown and in that case I wouldn't be bagging.
