It takes me 3 weeks to work 40 hours. I thought that was the whole point!

Honestly, you are fine with being slow to hire the right people. Each person you hire is more important than the last as you build your structure of good eggs. I have been bitten by being to quick to hire and it is not worth it. Slower positive growth is better than quick growth on some unstable people. I am putting a lot more weight into slow controlled growth around the right people, other than growing first then hiring after.

Used to run 55-60 hours! Now as I build I am trying to build more a normal business work day. 8-10 hour days max to keep everyone from running ragged. It definitely wears on you! Makes you a badass though lol.
