Pretty much every store has Blue Bell down here. Mint Cookies and Cream is one of their best, but 90% of Blue Bell flavors blow every other brand out of the water.

Its sold also in the Chattanooga tn area, at least I saw it at Bi-Low

EDIT: actually! , i was wrong, they make pop cicles and a ton of other stuff, I was too quick to say that.

I didnt know what a sorbet was until i googled it a min. ago. I have heard of sherbert? that might be southern twang, i dont know lol

They are all over Florida . I enjoy the french vanilla as well as the one they call "The Great Divide" which is half vanilla or homemade vanilla and half chocolate.

Sherbets have skim milk in them. Go to milk-free, and you are into ices and sorbets. I first saw the 'sorbet' term on Haagen-Dazs products, which were intensely flavored and very dense (minimal air whipped in). Baskin-Robbins have some ices in their roster, most notably Daiquiri Ice, which does taste like the drink it's named for.
