Survey/comment sheet?
I made a survey/comment sheet for my customers to fill out when I send out this months bill. Also, I provided a section where they can check off any work they would like done.
Has anyone else tried this? What do you think? |

Always be prepared for negative reviews and if you receive one what will you do about it? Instead of a survey how about a pre addressed post card with your services listed. Then they can mark it and send it back in.

i ask my customers what i can do for them when i see them which is on a regular basis, and i also write down what date i showed up and d for and p for paid or if they pre pay i write down the dates i plan to be there and p for paid, so i know how punctual i am.....and i ask through either a phone call or text how everything looks when talk to my customers which is weekly/bi weekly or monthly for some. and they are pretty straight forward about it with me.

i send one out to all my customers spring and fall. Even if they are a one time customer.
