Contacted by a property preservation company today

Has anyone had any experience with Buczek Enterprises of Derby NY?
They contacted me today looking for mowing services in my area. I have heard nightmare stories of working for these companies. Payments, and amounts paid are concerns. Some of the prices per square foot are within my scale but some are far under, especially when it comes to 2+ foot tall grass. Just looking for some input out there.

the company called me back and asked if I was willing to give it a try no obligation. Gave me two work orders at same property, 1 to trim some shrubs away from house and one to cut the grass. Grass was 8 to 12", 27000 sq ft yard and shrubs took 30 mins to cut back. one and a half hours of work and $150 later. seems ok so far. Now just need to see if they pay. Taking the pics was the worst part.

I like property preservation a lot, first we don't got fifteen lco's and curious h.o.'s breathing down my every neck, the places are so run down even people driving past usually keep right on going, just the work, it is a bit tedious due to the dirt and mess but the place is so bad that most any improvement is a big improvement meaning I just do the best I can and it looks a whole lot better already, still have to do the work and lots of it but the pay's all right, heck with playing around in the rich neighborhoods with the stuck up folks who think the world owes it to them on a silver platter and twenty seven lco's on every street block fighting over the left-over crumbs too, heck with that, my money's on property preservation, run-down houses, abandoned lots, foreclosures, bankruptcy, house in limbo due to the h.o. died, and so on.

Didn't kick all the high ends to the curb either, just not chasing after them too hard at present.

Cobwebs, look for cobwebs.

Trust me, I was the same way in the beginning but I received one of my checks this last week and should get the other one soon. I did four lawns for them, and it took three weeks to get it but it's a legit company. Who was the person that called you? Was it a lady named molli?
