Spring Clean Up

Greetings everybody!
I'm gearing up for my first spring cleanup. The main services I intend on providing are: fertilization, hedge trimming, mulching, and edging... I understand everything is relative, but would sincerely appreciate some round about price estimates for all services incurred. Any and all help is gratefully received!

Hey SLM what size property are you working on

I've done clean ups including these services as low as 160, and as high as 2,750. So it's all about how much needs done.

We're currently working 1/4 acre-2 acre properties. I realize its hard to judge prices with out being able to see the property in person. All of our properties are residential. No wooded areas, simply lawns with mulch beds and shrubbery.

5-10/shrub. 75/ for each yard of mulch is a close start. Don't break it down for your client. Just give them one price. Then run your numbers, taxes, expenses and see if you'll be making any money.
If you aren't, raise your prices.
If you are, raise them anyway!

Honestly the best way is trial and error. I've bid too high plenty of times. But that's always been better than the two bids I lost money on. Never again will I do that. I think it's bound to happen though with any startup
