Hi SGL1, Subiz, and OakNut

You can use the routing feature to manually set the order of your jobs. Here is more info about the routing feature:

http://support.yardbook.com/550-routing/

Alternatively, you can use the new Calendar feature by clicking on the "Open Calendar View" link, near the top right of your jobs list. You can then chose the "Day" view, and drag/drop the jobs in the right timeslots. Your jobs list will be displayed/printed in that order.

If you have any additional questions, please contact our support team at support101@yardbook.com

Thanks,

Your friends at Yardbook

I have been using Yardbook over a year now and love it. But did not know this until reading this post. I'll be honest, I'm not one to watch and read and would rather dive in and learn by doing but I stumbled on this thread and it's been most enlightening. This is gonna save me so much time now.

I saw yardbook developed a mobile app. I think this is great. I love what I've seen so far with yardbook. I recently switched to an apple phone. Is the app compatible with apple Iphone yet? (cant find it in the store) If not will it be?

I'm sure some of this has already been asked and answered, I apologize in advance.

I bill my customers a regular monthly amount, regardless of service that month, Pro-rated / average billing. Will this support billing that way, as well as keep track of work done to cash out at the end of the service agreement?

Also can I break routes up into categories, pest, lawn chem, lawn maint, and assign a customer to multiple routes?

Sorry I'm a dinosaur, still routing on paper and excel. Trying to move away from that.

Integrated credit card processing?

Thanks

I have read there is now an ability to back up my data off your site. Is this data in a useable format that one can input into something else, or be used if you are ever offline?

Hi Jason,

I will try to answer your questions in order.

1) If you'd like to bill your customer a regular amount each month, you can set up recurring invoice templates and invoices will be generated for you automatically. You can set the frequency, amount, etc... You will also get a chance to review them before sending out to your customers.
http://support.yardbook.com/faq-i-wa...-a-customer-2/

2) You can also create different routes templates and assign properties to these routes. Each property can be added to different routes.
The following FAQ has an example of a Route Template.
http://support.yardbook.com/faq-i-wa...bs-in-a-batch/

3) Yardbook does supports credit card processing. Once your customers make the payments online, Yardbook will automatically register the payments and mark your invoices as Paid.

4) You can also export data into CSV files from Yardbook.

I hope this helps, and please email us at support@yardbook.com if you have any additional questions.

Thanks,
Mark

Currently, we're running a private beta for our Android App. Once that's fully launched, we'll start working on an iOS app.

Thanks,
Mark
