Yeah, I'm really annoyed that the biggest saw is the 7910. Great machine in itself...but I want a 90+ cc! The insider scoop is that a strato (like 6100 engine) 80+ cc is being developed, but is 2 years away. Dammit.

The 6400 is a great saw with tons of power but it is a little to big for sum guys and real tree cutters say it is small but you have to have a middle saw. I wish Dolmar would have made the 6100 like a 57.0 or sumthing and not so close to the 6400 but they said it is cause they are going to get rid of the 6400 down the road. I realy think Dolmar has it figured out on all stuff but MARKETING! GREAT products tho.

I have Dolmar 420, 6400, 7300 and 7900 saws. They are awesome. The 6400 can drag a 28" with skip chan all day for under $700. My fav saw is my 7300... I dont know why but i pick it up before my 7900- no reasn, just do! I think the 6100 filled a huge gap in the line, a 20" o that saw s a blast. Agreed on the marketing and delivery, why the hell in the PS45 on the website? It was gone 3 years ago!

I just sold a 6400 to a guy and a 32 inch bar and loves it like his puppy-dog. Midwest Engine is our Dolmar supplier and they are forever on Dolmar's hide to run some adds and specials. If Dolmar would fix there marketing problem look-out Steal.!!!

Shhh I want them to remain small so they don't do something stupid and ruin the brand.
