Internet based scheduling software?

Im looking for an internet based scheduling software. My brother currently works under a franchise and he has access to his schedule on his phone. He is not in charge of scheduling his own work. I am looking for something similar to this. A quick google search found one that was $35.00 per month. Looking for something cheaper of an alternative.

How many people/crews does your company have and what features would you like it to have?

Currently I have two employees. The software is for another business that me and my wife are starting as well as this business for next season. From the beginning it will be run entirely by employees under our supervision.
I need a web based calendar that can be accessed my a phone app or mobile friendly site to log on to. It update every few minutes so each employee always has a recent/up-to-date schedule.
Also, this is not necessary, but I would like it to also be a checklist that keeps track of time from beginning to end of each job. That way I run my lawn care jobs more efficiently.

The answer you are looking for is Service Autopilot. It's a LOT more than 35 per month but well worth it and will do everything you have mentioned and more. We love it.

There are free and low cost Google Calendar/Gmail based apps that might fit your need. Check Google Play.
