I still have the customer however after this experience I see why another lco passed her on to me. I will be dumping her, SHE HAS not dumped me. She said the work looks great after she calmed down from being so nasty. In 8 years now I may have had a total of 3 customers that were unhappy for some reason. My work speaks for it self. I dont advertise, tired once and it cost me more to put it out than the response I got...

As I had said I was not suppose to be involved on this job. I took it so my guys could do something on the side while we were slowing down. I had to get involved when she became nasty with my guys. As for the yard I wont disclose the price but its not your typical 35 dollar mow blow and go yard. It took them about an hour to edge and it will take about an hour to spread mulch maybe a bit more..

As I also stated for some reason i didnt listen to myself I knew this was a bad idea..
