Seems more likely that it was used commercially judging by the trailers in the background and the flaps being removed to get through gates regularly. Good looking mower but $4900 is too high.

Price is a little high.. we bought an 09 48" grandstand at the beginning of the summer with 600 hours for $2000 so you might adjust your price!
