It's everyone that responds to other peoples issues that makes this section of the site the best on the net, I've visited many many sites since joining this one and none hold a candle to here.

Eric...some of the fault goes to the guys that chime in with a hairbrain solution...
And then get defensive with the OP and the other members..when asked to explain how they arrived with that solution...
The last thing a member that posts a problem wants to have..is an arguement....
It happens way too often..

Ericg, I agree. Many times I've looked at a thread thinking I cannot wait to see the solution to this problem--only to never know the final answer--don't know if this means that people gave up and didn't find a solution or what!!!!!

Here's something you can try....
When you come across an unsolved mystery....
Bump it back onto the front page with a question to the OP...
Seen it work many times...those guys hang around for years ...without posting...
