Has anyone who purchased a new Scag turf tiger with the catipillar 28 hp diesel engine received a Pre-Delivery Inspection Certification with your paper work that come with the mower?

Hello, I wanted to know because I received a Pre-Delivery Inspection Certification from Catipillar and it had the wrong serial number on it! I had this long battle with Distributor and Scag and they told me I should not have received this document. Can you please tell me if you get one?

I guess that puts that thought to rest. You were not suppose to get that like they said. What difference does it make if you have it or not? Is it going to make the mower cut better?
