What type of grass are you cutting? I and anybody I know who have used a wright stander with the aerocore deck have had worse cut quality issues than I do with my trivantage. I cut mostly tall fescue and the cut(yes I had sharp blades, and a clean and pitched deck) was just not even close to my exmark or Deere even at half stick. Glad your having better results with yours

mostly tall fescue as well. They are a bit of a pain in the spring but not to bad just keep the deck clean.
