For standard side discharging, the OEM high lifts have been by far the best with the MOD deck. They work better than the G6's with this deck, but the G6's are every bit as good with the regular Prod deck. For any kind of mulching, the OEM wavy mulcher blades are the best I've found so far. I've really been playing with a lot of combo's this summer, using this deck to see what works best for me.

I think the reason you didn't see the line of clippings today was because you were cutting at 3.5". I've really noticed that anything above 3.25" with this deck and the QOC is affected quickly. It seems that at 3.5" or higher, the deck is high enough to loose some vacuum affect, but at the same time it allows the clippings to disperse out around the edge all the way around enough that you don't end up with that row at the discharge chute.
