Cultivating soil on a slope?
Does anyone have a recommendation for cultivating soil on a slope like this? Basically need to cultivate the grass so it turns to fresh top soil. Ive looked into the mini skid steers (dingos) but not sure if they can up a slope like this.(obviously using the soil cultivator attachment)
Any recommendations?

Curious to hear replies as well. Maybe a track loader with a cultivator or Harley rake?

PIA but a harly rake working from bottom to top and at an angle if need be is my thought. However we work on hills like this all the time with bigger walk behinds tillers around the slopes I work on.
