Opion on small residential ZTR
I'm looking for a 30 to 34". Is there one you have or could recommend? I wish you could get a high quality twin engine in one. I think Gravely makes a pro model but twice the price. Anyway share opinions any make in on the table as long as its not over 3k. Thanks

in whatever you buy. You need the offset on 1 side to go around trees etc or run along buildings. Otherwise you just as well buy a tractor and save money. I seen some guys with the deck so small thay had to string trim twice as much. Look at how far back the deck is set behind the front tires too, this creates more trim area going into corners. Even a good 36" walkbehind and sulky might be a better option to consider.

Wright Stander makes a 32 or 34 the fixed deck model is pretty reasonable , I have the 36
adjustable and love it as a back yard machine , Very safe around ponds and grades just step off if you have an issue , and small foot print on the trailer , One problem with the small deck Zero turns is stability I had a little Phazer 34 Ex mark nice little mower but tippy. |
