I power wash my decks and spray them with MODECK. It helps grass not to stick. It worked for me. only have to do it once a season. Also when you sharpen your blades use a hand file. It doesnt take that long. I would also suggest a high lift bade. It may help.

Also i may be mistaken but i dont think its a throwing edge. The angle part causes a Centrifugal force to lift the blades of grass for the cutting part to cut the blade of grass.

I would look into getting an undercarriage cleaner attachment for your pressure washer. This will help you reach and clean better under the deck. Here are some to give you an idea:

Some of these are pretty inexpensive, and they make cleaning much easier.
