Yeah most of them are awesome, green dealers work well with their customers and workforce. I love all the options they provide to for uptime, loaners, even leasing if needed.

My neighbors always ran Deere had a issue with motor on his 920M probably from his helper who drives it like a speed machine bouncing everywhere lol, anyways our dealer gave them the JD company trailer since all they had was 60" ers and would not fit on his trailer, anyways he kept it till they fixed his other about a week big ole dual axle JD green trailer was nice.

Being a JD Ztrak owner for several years, let me recommend this for you:
Suspension Seat add on kit: Link
Just make sure your hole pattern is the 11.5" under your seat and you are good to go.
I also do not recommend the additional money for the control lever joints for raising your control levers, when I added this unit to my 930 it worked perfectly without them and really helped the ride, they are sorta touchy so you have to play with it for the best ride you can get, but they do beat nothing or sure.
Does this insert kit work on the new 920m and 915b's?

It will work on the 920, and should work on the 915B. The 915B may take a different lot part number, but there is one for it.
