Is It Too Late?
Hey guys and Girls,
I have a rather large problem, About 3 years ago, i decided to start my own buisness, licensed insured, the whole 9 yards. Anyways, i made my business as a sole propietorship instead of a LLC. Now that i know what the difference is, i am wanting to change to a LLC. Whats everyones opinion on that? ALSO, im trying out quickbooks with payroll, hopefully to take care of all my taxes. where can i go to make sure everything im doing is legal? Taxes, permitts, advice, etc. Thanks, Jonathan Roe |

It is not too late and it maybe still too early for you to go LLC.
Find a good lawyer and cpa and get their advice. Then you will be able to decide which way is best for you. |

There are quite a few benefits to having an LLC over a sole proprietorship. LIke stated previously, meet with an attorney or CPA and discuss this with them. Everyone on this site will have an opinion but you need to find out what will work best for YOU, which is what the CPA or attorney can help you with.
