Bobcat Leo Model 942281 Repair HELP PLEASE

I have a bobcat Leo model 942281 i bought this mower as it is with the problem that the right tire will not pull the guy said it was the pump on the right tire but i am no mechanic any ides on what the problem is and how to fix it with out buying a new Model 778 Right Angle Trans-axle at 1100.00 does anybody know how to rebuild them any help would be greatly appreciated thank you
