Friend of mine got one and swears by it. I will definitely consider one when the time comes to replace my 32".

I checked one out at the dealer today. Overall seems like a solid machine but I didn't run it.

I have owned the Exmark 30 for 3 weeks or so. When giving it a difficult job it bogs down a bit. I love all the controls. It doesn't feel heavy when using it. I mowed my lawn in 30 minutes which takes me 56 with a 21. The people I have talked to have REALLY liked the cut quality. Where I live the grass isn't growing much yet so I can't personally say. I have only personally mulched leaves. I am beginning my mowing next week Thursday so we will see.

I'm debating on the 30 or a used 36 Turf Tracer walk behind. The homeowner 30 Toro looks good too and is only a grand new.

I know I could sell that 36 fast if I had to. But, I don't see me being able to sell that Exmark commercial 30, if I dont like or use it much.

There's no comparison in build quality between the Toro HO version and the commercial Exmark. We looked at them both for quite a while with the Exmark rep last week at our local open house. I didn't get to run the Exmark because it was snowing out, but it looks like a really nice machine. It seemed to be easy to maneuver around too. I could see owning one for small tight areas. I'd rather have the 36 for general WB type mowing, but for certain areas, the 30 would be great.

A guy in my town just bought one a month ago now wants to sell it cause he won't use it much. How does $1525 sound?
Should I pull trigger?
