Ok so I've done everything you told me and figured it is not sparking at all tried a new plug and still nothing

If it's not sparking. Either
A. Coil
B. The shut off side.

Yes S's it was the cut off switch, the throttle wasn't opening enough to disengage the cut off finally thanks for your help
