Kohler ECV650 EFI Motor Issues - Please help!

Hello,

I just bought a new Exmark X-Series Mower with the new Kohler ECV650 21hp EFI Motor and when I first got it, it ran quite nice. I remember when I first got it though at idle it sounded like it has a slight miss but is was so small it didn't bother me and was hardly noticeable. Now about a year later at idle the miss is much more noticable and a new problem just occured that when I run the mower (while mowing) and then I go to shut off the PTO (blade clutch) and throw the throttle down all the way the idle sounds like it is much higher than it was before. I've tried turning off the mower and then starting it back up and if I do that right away the idle will start to creep up quite high after a few seconds but if I let the mower sit for about 5 to 10 mins and then start it up the idle will be much lower until I mow for awhile. But other than these two things the mower runs great. Could anyone please give me an suggestions on what this might be?

Thanks!
