I guess to answer your question would be contingent upon why you started the business to begin with???

Was this something to transition from your current job, once you and your partner have enough accounts?

Is this your retirement account??? (I know someone that does this?)

Are you really trying to build a business and not just make extra money? If that's the case...don't stop advertising. If you started 2 months ago and already have 20 accounts imagine what you could have in 5 years...this could be a business you and your partner manage while other people are making you money.

From what I see, Id ride out what you have for now, youll likely add a couple without advertising.

I like you Idea of getting DEBT FREE before going full time. The partnership would scare me.

TwoGuys, to really answer your question think about where the two of you want to be next year.

If you want to stay the size you are now you don't need to keep advertising.

If you want to be doing 30 to 40 accounts next year then you could keep advertizing. This time of year is great for adding new monthly contract accounts in your area. You could do visits weekly for the 6 months of summer and every other week in the fall/winter. You and your partner could really bust it for two months, reap the rewards through the winter to pay off debt, and then figure out how to service the extra accounts in the spring.

The great thing about your situation is that you are in control of your growth.
