spray yard but rained heavy for an 1 hour?

I sprayed today pre emergents today and about 8 hours later it rained cats and dogs for about an hour. Will this just wash the emergents away? Or will it soak in?

most pre-ems require irrigation/rain to work them into the soil, unless it was like some kind of flash flood, you should be just fine.
