Say I have 25 weekly customers who want emailed invoices and 25 who want physical copies, is there an easy and efficient way to do batch invoices in this case scenario?

Are you wanting to send the invoice at the end of the week end of the month or do you want to leave it in the door.

Do a batch invoice creatin and you can do 2 separate delivery methods, one for your mail clients and another for your email clients. The mailers will compile and will be sent to your email address inbox to be printed. Been using Jobber for 4 years now and this is what I do.

Reports and archiving?

I have been complaining about these two features for over a year now. They dont have a profit and loss report and they do not have an archiving tab. When you are on the mobile app you see all the customers. The tags dont work with the mobile app. When we are out in the field we need to see the active customers. One way Jobber could fix this is to have an archive feature..

They also do not have a backup. No way to backup all the data you have on their system. I am currently looking for other programs with these features..
