I am assuming you are a home user and are only cutting your grass with this mower. If all you want to do is mow a flat yard then a ZTR is great. If you want something to tow attachments with get a tractor style. you can get a really nice Deere tractor style for around 3k. Out of the first two mowers you mentioned I would say the Timecutter. It has a long history of reliability for homeowners and is consistently a Consumer Reports best pick.
Now that I see you are looking at Gravely (good choice) I would recommend the ZT HD if you can afford it. It is a top of the line homeowner model that is really a light duty commercial mower. If you are just cutting your personal yard with it and take care it. It will give you many, many years of service. Do buy from a dealer not a box store if you want service. take some time to get to know your dealer. Do your homework. On the dealer and the mower.
