replaced right side pump- that wheel is going slower?

after putting in new seal kit on right pump..I let mower run 6-10 minutes with both by-passes open 1 turn. I moved the levers forward and backward quite a few times during this period. maybe 20 times. I then while mower was running shut both bypasses and moved the levers as before as many a times. Pump's seem to be quite quiet and left side runs perfect..but right side that I worked on is definately slower..maybe 3/4 the speed as other. same in both directions. think that when the bearing went out in the pump it screwed that side wheel motor up? if so wouldnt it be noisey? or..do you think I still have air? What about adjustment? P.S. hydro fluid is just few inches from top..didn't go down at all or if did very little. no bubbles or milky color. Thanks

I think it is right..think it is just deception to the old eyes. As I stand to the side and run the wheels..the closest one to me I'm watching the whole rim spin but when I look across to other side I'm only seeing the outer edge of the tread and it seems faster..But If I walk to other side then it does the same, then the first wheel seems faster. I guess a ground test will be the real test. Thankfully no Hydro leaking that I can see. bit of oil drip from the engine valve covers is all. Thanks on all the help guys.
