One of our workers had to have emergency surgery last week so i had to find a guy QUICK! Here's a few things i told him:

-Made sure he had experience whipping for another COMMERCIAL lawn company...
(This isnt the same as whipping your moms house!!!)
-Ask why they got released or what happened to their old job. Tell me about your last company....
-I dont care i tell them we cut schools and do a Background check on EVERYONE.

And i say "if you have a LEGAL confliction with being around kids or schools. This is NOT the place for you." My attorney said that is a perfect way to put it.

Told him to meet me at one of our plazas we were working...Moved the trucks to the back, and looked up and he was right there! Couldnt believe it!
