Do you backwoods Billys use a real parts washer.???

I can tell you guys never used a partswasher service company....
They come in every 12 weeks to service and topoff and charge bout $125...whether it needs it or not..
If they have to change the fluid...its bout $225...really...
The whole deal is about hazardous waste... who owns it..and how it is disposed of..
There are some crazy fines if the EPA ever walks into your business and you don't have documentation...
For instance...if your used oil drum or used fuel drum is not properly labeled with the sticker from the recycling company you use..
Its a $1200 fine on each drum....seen it happen...its not good to piss those people off...
