I'm interested in how many came out and what the response was and (if its not to nosey) the cost.

I had 11,000 ads go out total cost was almost $900 CAD, My response was immediate and strong. Some days I could barely work because I was on the phone so much. I went over my cell plan and cost me $138 bucks (I should ad that cost to the flyers as well, lol.) but mine were in the prime season for power raking and they were in black and white. So I'm just trying to judge response for certain types of adverts.
Front side.

and this is the backside.

You spell story with an E in Canada? Down here we spell it just story as in a 2 story house.

I guess should know, seeing as my family is from Wetaskiwin and Red Deer.

Yeah. (I double checked just to make sure though)

We spell colour with a U and call it eavestrough instead of gutter plus we won the war of 1812.

Dunn,
Your add looks great, keep the coupon and or discount idea for the ad...this gives people a reason to use THIS service..not another they "read about". I would however change the 10% thing to 10% OFF, as opposed to "10% service". Freddy, Your ad looks great, too. However,...for you, in the future, when you state your minimum prices,...stay away from the term "and up". Just use "starting at" or "for as low as". These are great baits. Good luck to the both of you.

Yes, that is a great tweak. I'm redesigning it right to focus on weekly lawn care an one side and window cleaning on the other, I'm doing a flyer drop over the next few weeks. That ad was focussed for power raking but now I only got 23 customers for weekly lawn care.(and a few of them are bi weekly)
