Hey guys, I have a good winter topic. Making more money. I have a large HOA and about 20 accounts. I price well and certainly do not low-ball, however, I am looking for ideas that have generated good cash flow for some of you. I basically work a little less than 9-5 during the season, as we have two kids under 4. I have seen that pulling shrubs is quite profitable, but was wondering if there were any other ideas you wouldn't mind sharing.

Thanks all.

-12 here this morning, great ice making weather. Just too cold for me to bring the portable out for fishing.

JustinKnipp - if you have the equipment available and motivation to pull shrubs, go for it. Me personally I don't offer that service as I extremely dislike that type of work. My main business is fertilizer and weed control services. I do quite a bit of custom applications for other lawn service companies who need help with weed control due to either lack of time/labor available to them or they would rather focus on their other work and don't want to get certified for pesticide applications and just use me as a sub.
Another service you can offer is aeration if you don't already do that.
