The nice thing about the Internet. It lets you dream and tell people you are a expert among experts. But keep dreaming because I don't think any one will believe a Golf Course only uses 4 pound of N/M per year.

it is one thing to do a off label applications. It is total stupidity to post it on the world wide web and expect people to approve.

I know this thread is a few months old, I just felt the need to comment. I am currently a spray technician at a course in Georgia and have applied all of the fertilizers and pesticides the last three years. I can say that although we may spray greens on a weekly basis during the growing season, were applying less than a tenth of N on each application. By the end of the year we are normally in the 3 to 4 lb range.

There difference in the level of Maintenance on the cheaper Public courses compared to the Up Scale Private courses. A Bend Grass Fairway in Skippy's area would be applying Chorothalnoil on a weeky basic.
