Renewal letters

Do you send out separate renewal letters for people on weed control and mowing? I'm in the process of typing up a form and I am finding I have too many customers doing different things. I need to really offer fewer options to make it easier.

If anyone has a form they would like to share It would be much appreciated.

Mine always "auto renew" but I like to send a renewal letter to show the New Years price and hopefully get them to prepay. I also like to list additional services we offer and usually pick up a few add ons. It's also a way for me to get their updated info...email, cell number, etc.

Good thinking. We do similar mailings except dont mention lawns. I don't know what it is, but I don't want to remind them that this is a good time for them to shop lawn services.
