I'm gonna guess that you have weak coils. Weak coils will fire right off when cold but give no start condition when hot

As an update I bypassed the tank switch valve. Plugging the a fuel tank line directly into the fuel filter one at a time and running it. The left tank I didnt see any air in filter and later when I switched to the right tank there was a little but not much and it stopped at times when wiggling the filter connection. Right now I am leaning towards the connection on the intake side of the fuel filter or it is the valve assembly. Gonna put it all back together and change to hose clamps at least on the fuel filter.
