I learned a long time ago that stuff like that is fun, but a waste imo. I had a 2001 Camaro SS in high school that I dumped about 10-15 K into. Got not one penny back when I went to sell it. It was awesome, but it I woulda saved that money plus money I dropped into my first car (95 GT Mustang) I could have had a down payment on a house.

Well a condo I put a bid on (that I thought wasn't going to hire us) actually got back to me earlier today and it sounds like there's a good possibility of landing it. Also have a bid on a $425/mo. house which I think I have a good shot of landing too.

Brought the box truck to the exhaust shop today. Needs an entire new system. Going to be $1,500.

Bought a used(practically new) 4-K PSI pressure cleaner in December and have already put it to great use. Mainly got it to do the Date Palms but have already done 2 cleaning jobs and have another customer who wants pavers/roof done. Going to purchase surface cleaner and longer hose. Great purchase though.
