Mulch or side discharge

1st year of not catching grass. I do small residential 2k - 8k and will be using a 36" Toro belt drive fixed deck and a 21" Toro Proline. On the 36" would you recommend SD or mulching? Double blade setup? I am worried about the spring with the fast growth. I will be on a once a week schedual and the turf is generally bluegrass/PRG.

I'm going to discharge, but I'm going to get some sort of blade blocker, too. My eXmark Metro builds up a ton of cr*p during spring even when discharging. I'm not about to try mulching in April, May or June.
