Where to go to get my soil tested?

I want to go to get my soil tested in spring to see what is wrong with my soil and why my grass doesnt grow that good. I do not know where to go to take my samples. Anybody got any ideas?

county extension office does it for me, or you can buy the kits from lesco. I like the county to do it becoase the client does not think your trying to pull one over on them.

a & l labs run 8.50 to 12.00 per sample

a & l labs like other professional labs give a beterr lab result, and I know at one time ext offices in va test where free but college students did the testing.
wouldn't want one after a hard nite partying
