im not rsk prpty mgmt, but talk to the post office, they have deals on flyering and even target entire neighborhoods without you needing the address.

or do it the old fashioned way, get a passenger and tape it to the paperbox, mailbox pole, mailbox. in that order.

and as i knwo this will start a debate, not my intention. i have read the law over and over and over, it is NOT illegal to put your flyer on mail poles, you jsut cannot put it IN the mailbox. you might get a call from the post officing sayign "bla bla bla its illegal". but the person who calls you will be compleetly ignorant of the law itself. post office "policies" are NOT admisable in court, only the us code is law.

but ya. if you have the cash, let the post office do it. much faster, omre efficient. dont need a database of addresses, happens in a day. and is cheaper than you sending them in teh mail.

p.s. my wifes good for nothign of a father runs his entire business off of putting flyers on mailboxes. they can put them on faster than you can flip pages.

Got started last week and I still have a few communities to cover. This is the best time mowing still a little slow you have time to give quotes.
