Thanks for the heads up, kind of funny actually because this happened at the dealer when he demo'ed the unit to me. It would not pull start, and he said the same thing that it must have been turned upside down for a while at the shop. So he showed me how to fix it.

Actually almost didn't buy it for that reason, I left the store without buying it and waited a few more days then I went back and had him start it back up and it started on first pull, so ended up getting it. Almost got the Shindaiwa instead but glad I got the Dolmar.

Yes love it so far, worked on a side hill and fence area that had been neglected all summer, had wild raspberries on it. Thought I was going to need the saw kit on it but the string trimmer cut through like butter. The bottom end torque is great cause you can cut through brush and grass without it throwing it as far as a two stroke because you can keep the rpm down compared to the two stroke I had used before.
Love it being quieter too. Also found a place local that sells ethanol free gas so life is good now.
