Installing a OCDC
Wondering if anyone has installed a factory OCDC on a Dixie Chopper Magnum mower. The Magnum came with a conventional side discharge chute that I'm wanting to replace. I have the OCDC and everything seems to match up, but I am having problems removing side chute. I have unbolted everything, but still won't move. Besides a sledgehammer, anyone have any ideas?
Thanks, Scott |

Nope, If you have all the bolts/screws out it should fall right off. Did you buy it new ? What model (engine size and deck) and serial number ?

Yes, bought it new. It is a DC Magnum with a 50" deck and KW engine.

It begins with a 12, so it is a 2012 model.

Scott,
I've got the same unit at the shop but came with the OCDC installed, I'm not sure what the issue is but as mentioned the deflector should have just dropped off ?
