Husqvarna 570/Redmax 7500 is IMO the perfect/best "mow and blow" blower.

I have been a big fan of the stihl br 550/600 models. We use those for mowing and the large redmax blowers for landscape maint and install work

Anyone of the BR600, Redmax 7500, or Echo Pb770 will do. I've owned or own all 3 of the blowers and they're great for everyday cleaning of grass clippings. My personal favourite is the 7500 because it has a nice combination of weight, power, and good fuel economy but nothing can beat the BR600 for everyday grass clippings. It's lightweight, really good on fuel, and has pretty good power. Not sure what prices are down in the U.S., but up here in Canada, where I am, you can get the Redmax 7500 for $530, the BR600 for $549, and the Echo for $599. In addition, look to see how good dealer support is.
