RPM's Kawasaki FX751V

I have 36 hours on my Gravley 452 with a Kawasaki FX751V it is now running at 3550 rpm warmed up with blades engaged, mower not moving. Would like to set rpm at 3700, anyone have a manual with details on correct method to increase engine speed.

What's the RPM's at no load wide open ?

You don't set RPM under load only no load, I'd guess your so close to 3700 no load you shouldn't need to fool with it. Also keep in mind, Over speeding a engine could void warranty.....
