Question Putting out winter rye grass

Just wondering are you charging your clients by the pound to overseed there property if so how much $ or by the the size of there property. Just curious. Let me in on your thoughts. Thanks Happy Mowing !!!

Cost of perennial is about 65 bucks for 50 lb bag. I charge 40 bucks to spread per bag...
