It does sound suspicious. How many people here would really call somebody if the ad said $5 lawn care? If I know the price for my lawn mowed and edged should be about $40, I might even be suspicious of somebody offering $20 lawn care, but $5 would be too ridiculously low for me to even call. $5 doesn't even buy you a fast food lunch these days.
